Would allowing hubbers to only ask one question every 24 hours help to to slow down the pile-up...

I suppose in theory it would. Well, it definitely would number wise but the percentage of "intelligent" versus "inane" questions would likely remain the same.
Then again, maybe people would think more carefully about what they are going to post before posting if they knew they only had one shot at it per day.
I would imagine HubPages is happy to have more questions than less, all else being equal, though as it ensures more hits to the site.
hey Mick "enquiring minds wanna know" LOL But I agree around here its feast or famine. Thats why I try to relegate my Qs to 1 per/week.

This is reference to questions without answers.When I go to edit a question, the wheel-of-eternal-loading appears to really be eternal. When I submit my edit, the question is unchanged.
