There is no quick way!
The first thing it will come down to is the selection of keywords. You can use the google key word tool to find out what keywords people are using in your neiche. You need to choose one that is not oversatured or over searched, otherwise there will be too much competition. Try and choose keywords with around 25,000 searches per month.
Note: long tail keywords are best eg "ways to make money online" is better thatn "make money"
You then need to write your content (either for a website, blog or article), based on these key words. You should try to repeat the keywords or phrase three times within the text.
You need also make sure your meta tags contain the keywords, as well as headings.
You then need to create back links for your website, blog or article as this shows Google the popularity of your site.
You can then promote your site in relevant directories, article directories or social media.
There is a lot more to it, but this is a quick overview...hope it helps!

I think a Google Page rank update happened today. I spend 15-18 hours working on the internet. A few minutes ago I noticed that one of my domains have gone from PR0 to PR2. I checked all my major sites and found changes in most of them. Some moved up on PR and some lost.

I would like to know what is a Google Page Rank? When hubs are written about back linking and getting traffic, other hubbers refer to different sites as a PR 5 Or a PR 7. I often find that confusing. I would like to know what the numbers mean and the significance of these numbers.
