Will you assist me on my quest to learn the numerical ratings on HubPages?
I have spent several hours a day on Hub Pages, getting to know other hubbers, building relationships and familiarizing myself with the rules, norms, accepted practices etc..........Please Do Not Tell Me To Read......I just haven't read this yet........What is the number that appears on the new hub when you publish it? It is not the same number that appears on my profile photo, which I take to be my 'hubmetrics' or overall standing in the community.
I appreciate all replies offered in a spirit of unity.
The number on individual hubs is the pages hub score. It always starts low but increases based on traffic and quality of the hub as well as how much people like it. The number by your profile is your rating based on your hub scores and also on hub community interaction.

If updating a hub that is featured, say your best hub, a Hub-of-the-Day hub, a contest winner, or such, puts it into a no-index state until it's reviewed again, why would one want to ever update it?I have such a hub that has an almost constant broken link symbol. Every time I've checked the link in...

Hi Hubbers,My health article was unjustly not published because apparently HubPages thinks kegels balls are a bedroom device, and not an aid for a health condition. I was told it was a bedroom toy and my hub was explicit, although it was more delicate on the health topic than my "How to Cure...
