which urls is used to track the hubs? Is it the ones that are on each individual hub?
If you are referring to how you share a hub then all you have to do is click on the share tab and then click on link to this tab and just copy and paste it to where ever.
If you are referring to how you post your hub so someone can track it then yes it's just your hub url.
Another useful tip if you post your hub anywhere is to go to the hub of yours that you are going to post, click on the share tab, then click on link to this. Copy and paste that to where you are submitting your link. By sharing your page this way, you will get the referral sign up bonus if that user decides to sign up and in addition you reserve rights to portions of revenue for up to 120 minutes if that said user clicks on any links or what have you.

I just started hubbing and I was wondering if those who had been here a while could let me know what kind of results they have had with the referral program? Has anyone tried running advertisements with their hubpage url anywhere? What kind of results did that get? Thanks!
