feedback-and their hub is poorly written?
No one is obligated by such a request, so you can either say nothing or try to find something positive to say, and (if you want to) add a helpful suggestion.
For instance, " Your subject is very interesting. You could improve this hub by checking your grammar" or whatever.
This is entirely up to you. They can deny your comment if they choose.
