    No I don't believe so. One hubber was saying she'd been a seller on eBay for years but was still unable to get an EPN account. It has become extremely difficult to get one. I know lots of people who have applied with their own websites and have been rejected.

    Hi,

    No it does not allow you to get an EPN. The eBay Affiliate program is seperate.

    A tip is start a blog, add good quality articles to the blog on a daily basis, have your terms and conditions on there, an about me page, contact us etc and run it for a few weeks.

    Do not have any adsense on there (you can add that later).

    Then apply for an account, this should help you get one.
