   It may be shinu john. He has over 2800 hubs in 2 different ID's consisting of mostly photo galleries.

   Based on the ones I fanned - Hal Licino with almost 1,200 hubs . I don't know if he has an alter ego here though.

   hmmm very interested thanks for the responses I'm going to go check those out.
   
   2800 hubs would be amazing ... just 4 hub views per day could lead to like 11,200 views a day or something like that (it is late I'm tired)

   I just looked at patty inglish... she has a lot of hubs with 90+ rating. Quite impressive I must say. About to check out the other 2.

      Patty does a superb job. If you are looking for excellent examples, she has them.
      
      Also check out London Girl,  Jerilee Wei,  Lissie , Mark Knowles, relache, KCCbigcountry, Montana Farm Girl, pgrundy, Teresa McGurk and. . . oops now I have done it: too many to list and too many great chances of leaving out some excellent ones

    I had come back and was reading Hal Licino's hubs... I liked some of them until I got to reading about how Obama was bringing the fall of America... and I kind of lost credibility. O well, guess thats an issue for the politics section heh.

       I believe that Mischa has the most fans (1600+ I believe), probably due largely to the amount of new hubbers he manages to befriend before anybody else!
