If your Google Adsense is still pending, then you could not of had a balance.
A person can not make revenue with Adsense until they are signed up and have their code in "Hubpages Affiliate Settings".
Your also only allowed one Google Adsense Account.
Your hubs may have gotten views, but you will not get potential money until Google verifies you, and you have the affiliate code in:
My account- Affiliate settings - Google Adsense

So, the HubPages Ad Program is based on having Google AdSense? Well, I'm one of the thousands who lost their AdSense account without much explanation, so now I can no longer make any money on HubPages? I can no longer benefit from Amazon because I live in California and they cancelled our affiliate...
