    Do you think you can build real relationships with people via your HubPages blog?

    Sometimes it may feel like we write in a vacuum, but in actuality we write in the face of enormous numbers of readers. Being responsive to readers who comment on our work can become an in-depth communication at times. Do you feel that by continuing to interact with your readers and other Hubbers a real relationship can develop with a person you have never met face to face?

    You can, but I would recommend that you actually meet the person as this is risky. People can say one thing but actually be the other.
