I thought I read somewhere that you have to post a code in your affiliate settings and make the affiliate active in order to start seeing ads show up, but I have ads that are relevant to my topic showing up on my hubs and all I did was be approved for adsense and get an email back saying "your ads will start showing up soon"
Does this mean I'm set? Or are those ads the ones that wont earn any money?
You have to enter the affiliate code if you want to get paid. Otherwise, Hubpages gets credit for all of those ads. When you enter your code, you get credit for 60% of the ads.
and the code will be sent to me on a card through snail mail, right?
Login in at adsense, look in the upper right hand corner...second line...Publisher ID...eureka!
oh my goodness, I think I did it! I dont have to do it to each separate hub do I? I just did it in affiliate settings and it now says "active"
Am I ready to start making some dough?
