Please i am finding it
difficult to publish a hub, i need some one to guide me
Hi there, Nkem Nwosu!
What seems to be the problem? Is it that you can't think of anything to write about? Topics are almost unlimited. Write about what you know, or don't know and would like to know more about (but do your research!). Why not make your first hub about the reason you decided to join HubPages!
Don't know how to get started? Once you know what you want to write about, just press the "start a new hub" button at the top and right. Then just follow the directions.
You can add pictures and videos to your "hubs" or essays --- really what "hubs" are, are long-form essays. But since your just getting started, I suggest you just write your hub and add pictures and/or video later.
If you start it and need to finish the "hub" another time just hit the "Save Unpublished" button and it will be saved for you to work on another time. You may keep it "saved unpublished" as long as you need to. When you are ready to display to the world, just hit the "Publish Now" button.
Why don't you start with that. Remember, if you want to dress up the hub with pictures and/or videos, you can always do that later.
Don't worry, its really easy. If I can do it (as computer illiterate as I am) anyone can!!
Take it easy.
making money on HubPages
these will win
You aren't being specific with your problem.
Is it the writing part or figuring out how to use the tools provided?
To write a hub you find the START A NEW HUB link and click on it.
Pick one of the styles and continue. If you are new you have to fill in a code each time to prove you are human.
Just look at the various links and try them out. If you can send e-mail you will figure it out.

I like to check Hubpages on breaks at work. Now, I can't access my Hub feed because a Hubber chose to write a Hub about drugs, and Hubpages hasn't caught onto it yet. My organization is pretty fair on what it blocks/allows. Usually blocks things about gun violence, cults, and drugs. They also only...

Are you afraid to write a hub on that subject? Is there a subject that you're afraid to write a hub about? Perhaps you have a religious view different from the "norm" or maybe you have a really fun alien theory or paranormal story... but you don't share it because you're afraid of...

I was hub hopping and had to flag a few hubs for being substandard (word count). One hub had exactly 10 words and 2 photos. There should be a way the system prevents you from publishing a hub like that except if it's in the poetry section.

Simple rules:1. Do NOT start writing hub until I (as in ME only) says, IN this thread, "GO"2. One Hub. You have 30 minutes to write it, from scratch. (you can have your word doc open in advance etc., obviously, just no writing). No cheating and using something you started before.3....

Authors should be free to write about alternative medical treatments that they personally found useful for a minor ailment, but claiming a recipe cures all forms of stage 4 cancer, or any other serious terminal illness, is unethical. Especially if the hub is plugging a book with the same unsound...
