You want to submit your page to social networking sites and bookmarking sites. You want to submit your RSS feeds to sites that list RSS's. You should write small articles about what your hub is about on sites such as Snipsly and She Told Me and link back to your original article. Make a blog about your hubs; I have four one for each category I tend to write in.
The key is good back links in well placed areas.
I don't do social networking, I don't blog and I don't do hardly any Hub promotion. I'm one of the people here who focuses on strong content that draws organic search engine traffic. My readers and Hub visitors do my promotion and back linking for me.
And it does work. I make my living off my Hubs.
I buy keywords on kooday and link them to my site which is working .
I get paid profit share every week as well as make money when words sell. Have a hub on it.
I get viewers from facebook , stumble upon , twitter etc as well.
To promote a hub you need good content. Backlinks and Luck.Good luck
