Back link o your hub plays all the game?
I read mixed opinions about back linking hubs, I guess Google algorithm considering lot of things to rank the page well besides backlink. What you think? is back link really helped you to rank well? or without any back link a good content(with 1000 words) will rank? share your experience

HubPages friendly backlink directories
Well, 3 of the 4 HubPages directories appear to be no-more. On my backlinks Hub I just went to them and the only one that is still up is HubSpin, and I know it's duration is indefinite right now.Ugh.
