When I try to log into Amazon to check my reports. It keeps telling me I have to enable cookies to shop at the site. My cookies are enabled. Is anyone else having issues?
Isn't this forum just supposed to be for HubPages problems and not for stuff that they can't do anything about?
Why do you ask questions when you seem to have all the answers?
This is a community forum and Nelle has a problem she wants answers to. Don't see any of the people above having a problem with Nelle's question.
Thank you for your emotional kindness. I am still having problems. Can't figure it out. I was busy today so I did not have much time to figure it out. Everything else is working just fine. I hate clearing cookies because it screws up banking and stuff. But will try temp files. The dates on my computer are fine. But will check again.
LWR, I couldn't agree with you more. While I admire and respect Relache's intelligence and knowledge, I'm not really happy with her complete intolerance of other people. Relache seems to take offense to other's questions when there are those of us out there who have no problem with answering.
You're darn right, but at least it was about Amazon.
Same here. There's also another message popping up - "expired certificate". I'm not sure if my internet connection is the one at fault or something is wrong with Amazon.
Do you know how we can report this? I don't have any clicks yet, like Eaglekiwi. But I remember a lot of your earnings come from Amazon, right?
I'm sure they know about this. Yes ALOT of my earnings come from Amazon. I'm dizzy. But I'm sure that they are already working on it.
This is very unusual, their website works fantastic usually.
Ive always wondered ,well just lately since Ive been including some good amazon ads ,no one has ever clicked! in 5months
Is that common do ya think?
I recently realised something regarding amazon on hubpages. Make sure you have an amazon.com affiliate account otherwise it won't work. I had an amazon.co.uk account and just thought that i wasn't any clicks or sales. Just wrote a hub about it all.
I was shopping at Barnes & Noble day before yesterday and their computer system was dead throughout the store as well as Barnes&Noble.com so maybe it's some sort of cyber attack. They said it was company-wide.
Eaglekiwi, where can you access the temp files? If I'm just there with you, I'll interview your son . I'm getting the same message from my analytics and paypal accounts.
Couple of places Em,
(this is the one I do most -daily)
Just under your browser~~ up top where it says 'Tools' click ,choose Internet Options, General, then hit delete where it says ..delete temp files ,history, cookies etc.
I usually delete stored passwords too ,but thats a personal choice thing.
Good luck , hope it helps.
The other thing too , is sometimes its nothing to do with your computer or website ,but may be your server is down or running slow...sigh dont ya just love the Internet
Start ( Do this less often-maybe weekly)
Disk clean up
Darn I'm not a techie person. I'd better call a technician on Tuesday, these things are starting to frighten me (especially as it affects my Paypal account). Tell your son thanks for me . And thanks for posting his reply. I can just see him standing behind or beside you. "No Mom, put this. That's right. Then type this." LOL j/k
I had issues before with "expired certificate". One of my web developer buyers told me to make sure that my pc date is updated. When it's not, it bans almost all sites. You might want to try that. It drove me nuts before, good thing he told me to check my date settings.
I can check my Amazon report alright, but I have yet to see the clicks.
LOL. Mommyfreelancer, you're a life-saver. Just checked my date, it was set for Oct. 28, 2008! LOL LOL LOL when I corrected that, all of my accounts became okay. hehehehe and I just found out I earned $0.03 in Adsense for today
. Thanks mommyfreelancer.
techie neighbor came over.
did a strange dance around the computer and pounded his chest. ate a jelly donut. drank some tea.
everything is fine now.
i'm usually much, much better than this.
luckily he works for jelly donuts and tea.
Relache is our parliamentarian, I've decided. The one on the committee who knows all the ins and outs of Roberts Rules of Order.
I did post in the wrong forum. But sheesh, it was about reports and money. Topics dear to my emotional heart and stressed-out budget. I'll try to do better next time.

Understanding Amazon Affiliate reports:Is the "revenue" category what you earned, or the..."advertising fees" category?

I think it's more than a month since I switched to the HP amazon program, but today when I look at my Amazon account I got some sales with my HP affiliate ID. Does anyone know how long Amazon cookies are stored on a computer and how long after the click that the affiliate still gets credit?

So how is everyone's earnings from Amazon going for December? I'm up to $134.00 already and sold 16 items yesterday. I will beat last month no problem.I'm hoping the next few weeks has a lot of last minute shoppers, and I think that will happen. How about you?

I have been keeping a close eye on my Amazon sales and shipments by displaying the Earnings Reports to show Amazon "All Time" and it shows that 10 items never were shipped yet. Seven (7) of those 10 items are pending shipment for over two weeks now, and maybe much longer. I can't...

And that's very late indeed. I just checked the Amazon discussion board to find out why the stats which have been updating every day for months at 8 am, haven't budged. Amazon posted a message that they would update at 2 pm Pacific Time. Then we'll know how it went. Must have been overwhelmed with...

All of my earnings across all platforms are up 8.92% from October 2010. Just considering HP, I'm up 5.1%. This is my second January on HP and my earnings have increased from January to January by 411%. This is how I judge whether or not my business is growing. On new platforms I expect to see...
