I have experienced a few times when I go to edit my text and it just disappears before my eyes! I experienced this before in the past here when editing my modules but don't think I reported it because luckily I had my text backed up with Word. But I have just experienced it again and it is obviously some type of glitch that needs to be checked into. Make sure you back up your content or you might risk losing it all! Has anyone else ever experienced this??
Yes. I've posted about this on the forums, and tried a number of things on my end to try to fix it, but you may be right- perhaps it is a glitch.
A number of people report different problems, but they seem to involve the capsules.
It has happened to me too, without having any backup.
Around 400 characters had to be rewritten, and I couldn't remember everything I had...
But yeah, I think I should back it up, and 'Save unpublished' every now and again.

If I am understanding your problem correctly, the summary text sometimes disappears before you hit Save Unpublished.
Also, if you could explain in more detail what happens before the problem occurs and which browser/Operating system you are using, I will try to reproduce it.
I have been searching for awhile and cannot find a category here I need to report,and my Hub has asked me to report also. I am trying to create a new Hub but the category section reads "start over" in blue. I have tried starting new hubs, reloading, quitting and restarting but it will not allow me to pick a category after the first one but the request is there before the input regardless. Please help me.

If I understand your question correctly, you are asking about why the category section says "start over" in blue.
This is meant as a link only to make it easy to get to the top level categories. You can ignore it and you should be fine.

I had the same thing happen to me just yesterday. I use firefox. I went to edit a text capsule and I'm not sure if I double-clicked in the dialogue section or what but I know that I was trying to grab the top of the module to move it up on my screen and then all my text disappeared. I pressed the "restore draft" button but the text was already gone. I'm not sure how clear that is for you, Larry, but if you need more info let me know...thanks!

Is anyone experiencing pictures missing from their hubs. I have had to go back and put the pictures back into my hubs.Has anyone else experienced this or know the reason why this is happening?Sage
