    I am trying to comment on people's hubs as well as rate them up and for some reason Hubpage won't allow this. Also I was just looking around my account, goggle adsense, and it wouldn't even allow me to view this.

    It says Error on page at the bottom and I have clsoed the Internet, logged out and logged back in, but nothing is working. Any help would be great! It's really annoying me!

    I think your problem may be that Goodfriendiam has changed her avatar to one similar to yours... And they think YOU'RE the tricky one! lol

    IE6->tools->internet options->delete off-line->click check box
    IE6->tools->internet options->settings->select first radio button

    I spent almost 3 hrs with a Microsoft virtual rep called Mohamed,trying to figure why Windows Installer is messed up on my laptop, he called , he instructed , I prefetched , I deleted ,we hooked up (as ya do) lol...and as I swallowed a Tylanol he walked me through files that looked like the FBI had a room inside this lil machine lol...in the end I said , this aint working Mohamed.

    I cant get a new driver for Windows because it wont friggen ,ahem , excuse me , it will not install anything.

    Restore , yes I would like too, but locked , moved , maybe the bank foreclosed it and forgot to tell me.

    So here I am ,staring outside at a blue jay and thinkin wouldnt it be good if we had one day each week , with  the power of flight big_smile ( yea dunno where that came from either) lol

              MS130-KB884016 Setup error
              Set up has detected that the service pack version of this system is newer than the update you are applying.

                mtsi1098posted 14 years agoin reply to this

                If Service pack 3 was installed, it should have come with a new installer but you said you tried to update the installer...hmmm...let me think

                1. Eaglekiwi profile image74
                  Eaglekiwiposted 14 years agoin reply to this

                  It does show service pack 3 somewhere, and when it was doing the diagnostic scan , im sure I saw servcice pack 3 being scanned.

                  Its like my PC doesnt know whats in there anymore, like files moved or corrupted maybe?
                  (like when I try to hook my digital camera in, its showing on the hard drive, but donk , no action) like wont upload

                    sp3 is known for this type of thing...looking into this...

                Here is my findings...

                If you are having problems with SP3 and windows installer...

                You may need to uninstall SP3, then re-install the installer

                or

                update the windows installer from 3.1 to 4.5, check the version first then see the URL below
