Most of the time yes. For many daily subjects it is not difficult to find an image that I can use. For example, flickr.com has many images that are licensed under a Creative Commons license. There are hubs on how to find pictures for your hubs, you can read those for more information.
I try to. I think it makes your Hub a little more interesting.

Where do you get free photos for your hubs?Is it true that you need a model release if someone's face is in the picture. How about posting a pic of a celebrity? If I'm doing a product review can I post a picture of the product? What about logos in your pictures?

I see Hubs where beautiful photos are used and are from Pinterest. The photos are usually credited as being from Pins. Are we allowed to use those photos??
