If by 'page' you mean 'hub' . My answer would be yes but if you mean can a 'hub' have more than one 'page' the answer is no.
However what you can do is publish more that one 'hub' on the topic and 'link' them together to make them appear like 'linked' pages'.
You can have several related hubs that are linked together. The best thing to do is to make them related articles that can be read, mostly, in any order. That way, you can direct a reader to any of the other articles. You don't know how people arrive at your hubs. They may be interested in only a few things, not in everything that you have to say.

I took a hiatus for awhile from Hub Pages! However, in the past week or so, I have added new hubs participated in forums, asked a question or two, participated with the Hub Hopper, have read some Hubs, yet my Hubber Score is lower than it was when I was doing nothing. I don't get it!
