Why is it that a hubber's score is penalized simply because they choose to follow others?
As it says here ( http://hubpages.com/faq/#fanclub ), you cannot follow people excessively. Why? Because that's what spammers do and HubPages does not want to stimulate that behaviour.

So I have a couple of Hubs where the score is lower than I would desire. Rather than send time improving the hub I thought I would just delete it. (I have one that is basically just a list of the NFL power rankings). My question is this. What is the affect of lowering "bad scoring" hubs...

Are you supposed to Vote your Hub Up?My understanding of Vote Up means it bumps it up the list of hubs viewed by Hub Hoppers, correct? Is voting up something that is penalized? I don't want to break any rules, but if it's allowed, I'm all for it. Thanks!
