Do you stop following other hubbers, because they stop following you?
It's too hard to figure out who exactly stopped following you so I wouldn't know how to stop following them (if I was following them in the first place).
If knew a hubber stopped following me, it would not affect my following them if I enjoy their writing. I don't look at Hubpages as a social entity. For me it is about my writing, and my reading others work.
It does hurt when a hubber stops following me, no doubt about it. I'd like to think I have enough integrity not to be so reactionary as to reflexively do the same to them.
If anyone ever stops following me, I stalk them, hunt them down, chase them, until they are forced to surrender and become part of my invisible hubber cargo cult. Then I do the same to every last one of their relatives, children, girlfriends, boyfriends and pets. And after that I erase all worldy evidence that they ever existed, I give them a cult name like Buttons or Bo-Bo...and they go to work entertaining my friends in my backyard carnival show. By the way, why do you ask?

I noticed recently after I followed someone in error, that I couldn't stop following them. Is this a new feature that when we follow another hubber, it's for ever now? Because this function is not working!
