After writing the contents,once the capsule editing and and re-arranging part done, simply press "Publish" button. Simple....
If you have trouble publishing then it could be that your hub violates some of HubPages' guidelines. You should not have excessive links to other websites or low quality hubs, such as too short hubs.
HubPages will show an automatic message if they prevent you from publishing a hub. Read this message and improve your hub accordingly in order to publish it.

I constantly look for ways to improve a hub, old, new or middle aged. It seems each time I'm brought back to a hub, by a new comment or notice any opportunity to change it I do so.Now when we do that, the hub is no longer active until reviewed. It becomes unpublished. Most of my changes...

I have no idea how the Hub rating system works. What I do know is I published a hub about 4 hours ago. I came back to it 30 minutes ago, found a sentence that didn't look right, and edited it. 5 minutes later, the hub exited the bowels of the "quality assessment process" with a score 7...

I've got the "Overly Promotional" red skull of doom on my top trafficked hub.Naturally it was the first one I edited. The affiliate links and "overly promotional" warnings at the top of the hub went away in the workshop. I republished it last night, and it's still published...

After writing my hub when i click on submit hub after sometime a message highlighted in red color says need to revise by hub pages before getting published.so let me know whats' wrong with the hub?
