Can i delete my hubs and use a diffrent article writing site to post them?
yes, you can delete your hubs anytime you want, as well as your profile. Your hubs belong to you so you can do with them what you want. You can keep them here and post to a personal blog if you want but if you are posting to another article site, then yes, delete them here first.
You can but you should wait a while after deleting to make sure they are no longer in Google's cache. This prevents problems with possible duplicate content across multiple sites.
