My mom signed up and didn't use my link how can I fix this so I can still get profits?
My friend also signed up I didn't use my tracker, do they have to delete their accounts and start over?
From what I know of most affiliate programs, she'll probably have to delete her old account and sign up again under you. In most cases, affiliate programs don't let you transfer a customer over to someone else - it's not fair to the affiliate whose link was used.
If your mom is willing, I would recommend that she sign up again under you. And if she can cancel her other account, I would recommend that just in case there are any monthly fees or anything associated with either account.
