How to update tags? If you could advise? Great Hub too.

Update tags? On a hub of yours?
You just type in new tags in the box provided below the tags. You don't even need to be in edit mode.
The 'update tags' thing isn't much good. Better to think of your own - or look at what other people have put who are in the same subject area.

Is it possible to add too many tags to a hub?I find that sometimes there are so many tags that would fit the topic of my hub, but I feel like I am using too many.

I am wondering if I should have a part 2 to a hub on public speaking. How do you know how long is too long? I have four pictures three links, a summary of the page, a long article and several short articles. It is rated in the 80's. Does that mean it is OK as is?
