Check the hub of that person you want to contact. On the hubpage you'll have to look up right and find where the statement 'contact micadeolu' is situated. Click on the text. It will open a dialogue box which will allow you to write and send message to the owner of the hub. If I send them all the same message using hubpages email system, would that be spam?I have 20 plus new referrals that haven't written a single hub & I want to try to encourage them to write. But I do not want to break any rules.Would that be considered spam to send them all the same message?
