Oh, do you mean like replying to a specific comment? No, it is not possible here, comments all go in one line, so you have to explicitly specify whom you are talking to.

When I post a comment to someone's hub including a question and they approve it, but do not answer the question, does that mean they have no manners? In your opinion.
