You can't see the links, and they will not let me underline, italic, or bold.
It's not a question, its an annoying fact.

My guess is that your comment relates to Hubpages. Let me explainmy experience with the same: Save what you have started typing for your post and then, click on edit again. This time, look right above the capsule Suggest links. Now, you will need to click on the word (you can choose up to three in a row)and it will turn black (with squiggles). Next, there appears a list of hub links that you can choose. This is the process I went thru when I had the same problem. Now, I have it down pack. Let me know if you have any questions.
