I just recieved a email from Kontera today that said I was denied due to my website being offline??
Any idea why my hubpages are considered offline?
I know there is a problem with stats, but are some hubpages not online like mine!

Your profile says you have a website. Did you sign up with Kotera with it too and is there a chance this is what they meant?
They answer queries in just a few days, so I'd write back to their customer support and discuss the matter with them.
And just my opinion, but since you only have 17 Hubs, you may not even make the $5/month minimum needed to keep your earnings unless you utilize their service on your site too.
