Can you have two hub-pages accounts?
one with just ad-sense and the other with just hub-pages ad-program, is that possible to do or would hub-pages not like that.
I would check in the forum but I am pretty positive you can. I know of fellow hubbers that have two different hub accounts in order to separate genre or topics of choice. In this order they stick to one initial topic maintaining a wide variety of readers that follow that specific topic.

I've always wondered why some Hubbers have more than one account. Is this a good thing or not? The only thing I can think of is that after a person writes many Hubs, it becomes a chore to take care of that one account.
