Can one earn decent living by just working on HUB PAGES and not working anywhere else ?
if we only work on hubpages and do not have jib in real life , can we end up having decent living standards in society ?
The answer to your question is dependent upon your definition of "decent." There is money to be made here but it will take an investment of time and a dedication to quality writing. It will also take effort and desire to succeed. Expect to research popular topics and be willing to write about topics you may not agree with.
It is possible but it requires a commitment to producing a high volume of quality articles and a clear understanding of exactly what Google is looking for at any given time. Keep in mind that steady earnings one day can be completely gone the next if your work falls on the wrong side of a Google update.
If you look at the success stories on hubpages, they're not earning huge amounts per month - not if you assume that's their entire income.
I earn enough to live by working from home writing and editing, but for a much broader range of sites/companies than just hubpages. Hubpages is nice to keep a few $ trickling in without having to do much to it, but its never earned me significant money.
It depends I think if you want it to and you really get to understand how it all works and comes together, then you could yes. The only danger with that I guess is HubP closed down, you would be left high and dry. Hopefully though that will never happen.
It's like anything at the start. Most people skip over the great free advice that you get here and just write hubs. There's a lot more to it than that. Read the learning center information, make your own notes.
Then go for long tail keywords with low competition and you will eventually start to build a good base and make some money.
NO! is the answer to your question. It is highly unlikely. Another hubber told me that to earn a measly $200 per month (which is not a lot) one has to achieve one hundred thousand views of your hubs. You need that high a number to have the odds on your side, such that possibly enough people will click on your ads.
HubPages is a place to practice the craft of writing, "meet" new people and exchange ideas.
I think it depends on what your niche topic is about, if you do not write about the right things then you can not expect to make money.
For example if your hubs are mainly about products that people buy for their kitchen appliances, home decor, pet supplies or childrens clothes and toys then you can expect to earn more than if you focus on writing poems all day.
