Start at the Learning Center! It has all the answers you need. The link is at the bottom of every page.
A part from starting at the Learing center, it's wise to look at all the videos as well. Very informative and to understand Hubpages really good....take your time and read, read, read for an entire week.
It will help you understand much more than just writing something and call it a Hub. It doesn't matter if you start slow. Better to start slow than to start poorly informed:-)

Hi fellow Hubbers! I've been hubbing here at HubPages since year 2010 and I just can't believe that I haven't earn anything from my published articles since then, not a single cent! There's obviously something wrong. Any ideas? Please help! Thanks.
