Will I get banned after writing this? Is this allowed?
I want to write the following:
1) Someone scammed me, I know who she is and the details. I want to make a hub of her, to warning other people. I could also give tips on how not to be scammed in Paypal.
2) Top 5 lists hubs. For example.. an 800 article about the top 5 deal websites I love visiting. Or Top 5 websites you can earn through adsense like in Hubpages. Is it allowed to put lots of live links in a hub? how many is the maximum allowed? How about just links only, not the live clickable ones?
thank u and sorry for such a noob question.
Publishing personal info is just bad taste. But if you are trying to protect people from a scam then that is a good article. Be specific, just leave the person out of it unless they are a public professional.
There are so many hubs about where and how to make money online. I cannot actually encourage you to write yet another. But it is a fine topic, I suppose.
You can have many links on a hub, but only two can go to the same domain. And remember, hubs are peer reviewed. If the community thinks you are being overly promotional your hub will get voted down, fast.
No. No direct personal attack articles allowed. Its a potentially defamation of character case. Hubpages could be held libel to some extent for providing the outlet. Google adsense wouldn't like that too much. If you are for certain of this report her to hubpages' team. But down out blasting her in a hub is not the hubpages way. Use your own personal websites for that. This is an commerce website after all. Hubs like that are bad business for hubpages, you and everyone else.
I wrote a hub about being scammed by a girl in africa claiming to be a princess who was in a refugee camp wanting money off me to release millions held by the authorities please feel free to read. It was allowed and in my opinion is NOT in bad taste to warn others of a similar scam
I asked the same in the forum and get a rude answer. I guess not everyone is friendly here! Thank you Mark Psychedlic, Time Spiral and IntimatEvolution. Now i have an idea of the dos and donts. Voted up your answers!
Mark Psychedlic, oh yeah? Im gonna check your hub after this. Someone just mad eme a stupid in the forum for not reading the TOS cos i want to write one about my scammer Thanks!
You can write everything on the website, but before writing read the instructions very carefully. Placing too much links will defiantly remove your hub, maximum 2 links are allowed
