The plus one button is already on your hub pages, right next to the FaceBook like and Tweet buttons. HP has already taken care of all the htlm stuff so no need to do that yourself.

apparently I am not set up right for referrals to Amazon. I have the code but do not know where to find the place I paste the code to HTML. Also do I have to do this with every hub I write?

How do I get the +1 button from google to show as a button and not code?!! (in my hub pages)I copied and pasted the "+1" symbol from google into my hub to get the symbol (*1) button; how in the world do I fix this?!! All I got was code.
