Yes it is available. I am part of it and can certainly say that if you have good traffic even if you don't sell anything, you make a little off people clicking on the listings on your hubs.

The eBay program is now available in your HubPages Earnings Program. And soon Amazon will be available via the HP Earnings Program too.
With eBay you get paid for quality clicks in addition to sales. Quality means that even if they don't buy, but if they bid and lost, it pushed the bid price up and someone else ended up paying more for an item. So eBay gets a bigger fee for the sale and therefore they consider this a quality click that came from you.
Go to your HP Earnings Program page to sign up for eBay. Click the Earnings tab under your account.

Friday and Saturday showed the lowest Ad Program earnings I have seen in well over one year. It seems it could be just temporary though, as lately my earnings overall have increased. Maybe returning (I hadn't written here for some time, and just came back and made a few posts) jars the algorithm...

There used to be something on HP called Hub Trails. Is that still available?Apparently it was a site (or subsite?) dedicated to places people visited or lived in, etc.
