It is your HubScore. Everyone starts off at 50. The higher the better. If it is high, it means you are more popular on the site. If you want more info on it, go to the help section at the top right corner of the site.
That is known as your Hubscore. The higher the number, the more active you are in the Hubpage Community. You can check out the forums, other questions, and the learning center to learn more about it.

I see other hubs with 62 or 68 hub score.. mine is 72 and still, the outgoing links are nofollow. help, please:( I can't use hubpages as a backlink otherwise!
