Through your experiences fellow hubbers what has been the most successful style of article?
For me it has been business related articles. But that is partially because they are easy to promote on discussion boards related to the businesses featured in the Hubs. Lately, a hub I wrote about the pending Facebook IPO has been getting massive traffic from search enginess like Google. The most successful hubs are the ones that are about topics people are searching for.
For me it was a short article on finance that gets the most views and stays at the top of the list. Poetry and fiction, while enjoyable for me to write, are not the top reads for people.
Simple! My best style of article is the one I wrote about the subject that I loved. You see, the fact that I loved the subject made it the successful article that it is. I didn't have to fake enthusiasm, the enthusiasm was natural.
