Earnings Program - Not Active?
I've just linked my paypal account to HubPages and I've tried sorting this Ad Program out, but I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of that "Not Active" statement. Is it already activated or do I still have to activate it.
You have to have an active AdSense account in order to participate in the HubPages Ad Program. Have you taken care of that too? Just having PayPal won't do it.
Yep, you've got to have an Adsense account in order to earn money. All you have to do is go to their homepage and submit an application. I see you've got 9 hubs, so you've got sufficient content to get accepted, but it does take a while for them to do it, so don't panic.
