Adding many pictures
I have noticed that many hubbers add pictures to their hubs and a caption click to see more. I am having trouble doing this.
Can anyone help.
When editing a hub, click on "Add" to the left of your text capsule (or box). You can then choose "Photo". Click on "Edit" (on the photo capsule) and a new box will pop up that gives you the option to upload one from your computer, import one from the internet (in which you paste the image url), or use one already in your gallery.
Once you upload or import a photo, it will show in the right section of the box. It will give you the option to add a caption, a source link, and a title. Fill those in and you can link to whatever page you want.
BE SURE TO USE IMAGES LEGALLY! There is a great article about this in the learning center (link to this is at the bottom of the page). Hope this helps!
Thanks Brittany, I don't think I explained it very well.
When I read other hubs at the top they have a picture, there is an arrow that says.
'see all 5 photos' this is what I am trying to do.
Your answer for adding photos was helpful as well.

I found it very hard to work with it, almost impossible. As before I clicked on Computer, press Browse, and had the picture. had all my uploaded pictures there and pressed to uploade it. Now I can't get into my picture file. I can't download all the pictures for my hubs about a country.

I'd love to see a photo credit line in the photo capsule. It would be in addition to the caption and would be a hyperlink. If you used it, you'd get "photo by [photographer's link]:" under the photo.A large proportion of Hubbers use Creative Commons photos and this would...

Sorry, folks--this is getting old for me, too.Ok, today's problem is with my first photo on my current in-progress hub,(actually a sketch I did). There are internal captions within the sketch, and no matter how much I tried to 'stretch' the text capsule with extra words, (and yes, added...

Is it possible to add a feature to links within text and to the photos to opt to have the link open in a new window? This would allow the reader to stay on the original page. Bounce rates rise every time someone leaves a page before reading the entire article, for whatever reason. If relevant links...

Picture captions, alt tags and image attribution are a mess on HP.Why not introduce a new capsule solely for captions and attribution, entirely separate from the picture and its alt tag? When a hubber uploads a picture, tell them to add an alt tag. It should be the simplest description of the...
