I think you will need at least 20-25 hubs with good keywords properly SEOed, with lots of views. Slowly you must increase the number of hubs to get a steady income.
It's not about quantity, it's about quality.
For some people here, they would start earning with just a few dozen Hubs. Others might need a few hundred Hubs to earn the same amount.
