Need some clarifications!

Being experienced here, I been Hubbing for a long time. I have realized I don't know a few things though that I want to clarify.

1.If I make a Hub with title and URL now, and don't publish it or add content, but wait a month or two then fill it out, will the starting score when I hit "publish" be lower then 49-51? (will I be penalized for not publishing the day of creation like I have been)

2.If I write Hubs ready to publish, but hold off for whatever reasons I can think of, will it effect my overall Hubscore? (Will my Hubber score be penalized for having unpublished hubs)

3.Does your Hubscore get effected by keeping Hubs that cannot be published unpublished? A good example is one labeled overly promotional, and it currently have a score of 34, is that factoring in with all the rest effecting them? Should these be deleted?

Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions,

Yes, it will be. But it will increase according to the quality of the hub, traffic and whatever else is affects the secret herbs and spices of the hubscore algorithm. Don't sweat it.

Maybe just a little. But it will find its own balance soon enough.

      No.

For me personally, only if you never intend fixing them up and publishing them.

      1. Maybe.  Most likely yes.
      2. No.  And you might be surprised just how high those unpublished Hubs can rank.
      3. No.

Well, thanks UW for helping with one of the questions, does anyone have the answers out there? If not a Hubber, maybe a HubTeam member?
