Have you used the new HubPages Video capsule that allows us to upload our own videos?
If yes, please explain the advantages of using our own videos versus YouTube videos.
No, I haven't but I plan to use it in the future. I think it's very interesting to share my hubs through videos although it's not as popular as written hubs yet.
Well I have used videos from youtube. But i want to upload one of my own videos and I dont knoe how to do it.
I asked help from forums too..but got no reply. Can one of you help me please.
I write on recipes so want to upload a small video of what i made at home.
I haven't done this myself but I looked in the Hub Pages Learning Center and think this hub may tell you how to do it: http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/How- … sh-a-Video
Hope that helps. Good luck.
Most of my videos contain explicit language which - unless I censore them in editing -, I can't upload to HubPages. However, YouTube is fine with this but I get extremely unconstructive and negative feedback. Funny how anonymity increases cyberbullying, wouldn't you agree?
So maybe I will upload my videos onto HubPages when I learn to use my tongue to say nice things. Until then, I'll use HubPages to write. ^^

I am not sure if anyone else is experiencing this at the moment, but my capsules stall whenever I try to upload and I need to refresh a few times. Could this be rectified?

Authoring Hubs is about sharing and spreading ideas. Most of what we do is word-based, and a capsule to show off related Zazzle stuff would be an eye-catching way to allow readers interested in those ideas to buy products which celebrate them, such as relevant designs, graphics, statements,...
