Well his management team did. I wont say who just yet, but they are sending me some signed memerobilia. All because of a hub.
omgsh....if it is Muhammad Ali i will plotz - he is awesome!
Seeing as you did a bunch on famous serial killers, I'm almost afraid to ask!
Ryan - wooooo! I bet you're chuffed to Christmas and back! Great news
Don't worry lrohner most of his subjects have already been executed. But I'm curious too, so when you feel like sharing - just spill your guts please.
But I'm happy for your noteriety and connection.
That's waaaaaay cool! Congrats!
I'm still waiting on Gordon Ramsay to call me.
(hint, hint to Gordon's management team!)
I hate to break it to you KCC Big Country, but I have already met Gordon Ramsey. I won a competition to eat at Claridges, meet Gordon Ramsey. I had a photo with him and got the claridges menu signed.... That was more than a year ago now, but a great day.
He is a very very sharp man, doesnt miss a trick. I have a fair bit of respect for him purely on the basis of how sharp his mind is.
OMG! That is so cool! I love Gordon (and yes, my husband knows)...LOL I would love to meet him. The man knows his stuff. You have to respect that.
You should do a hub about your experience meeting Gordon!
I'm curious about one small detail in your original message--you said that a famous person's "people" are sending you some signed memorabilia--all because of a hub. I'm going to assume that someone other than yourself wrote the hub that attracted the attention because under your name, it says "Hubs: 0". There is the possibility that your name on the hub is another name and that you wrote under still another name and attracted attention.
So what's the deal here?
Dont worry i WILL tell people, there is a good reason why I cant right now.
I'm particularly enjoying the possibility that serial killers have management teams.
Maybe they'll send you something from the execution chamber!!!! Unfortunately for me I don't think many historical characters have 'people' though getting some of Nefertiti's memorabilia would be cool!
Congratulations!!! And here I was thrilled because a teacher emailed me asking for permission for her student to use one of my poems in a class presentation. LOL! I am curious to find out who emailed you and will wait patiently.
Congrats Ryan, well done.
As to this post, I too had a teacher asked permission to use one of my historical hubs to share with her class. I was very honored. She emailed me back to tell me her kids loved the article.
Well, we're all agog (among other things). Congrats on whatever and whoever, and looking forward to hearing the big news.
