Forgive me if this has been asked before but I couldn't find anything in the search tool.
What is this site, best of hubpages? Is it owned and operated by hubpages?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I doubt it is. There are many sites out there with Hubpages as a part of the domain name. These are sites that are riding off the back of hubpages.com, trying to get some quick easy traffic.
If you will notice, they don't reprint your article, they link to your article. It's been discussed before and it has nothing to do with HubPages.
