The E-bay Capsule, Why Can We Not Use E-bay.co.UK, only E-bay.com on Hubpages.com
I have products I want to partner as I have written an article for the UK market to create clicks from e-bay.co.uk, as these items I am writing about are not listed on e-bay.com, but, when I put the description, & even to total URL into the e-bay capsule, the item does not show up 'item not found.'
Are the e-bay capsules for e-bay.com items only?
Does anyone know if there is a way around this capsule hiccup so that we can write about items from the e-bay UK site too.
Thank you for your help
What I think EBAY is done is make EBAY.UK separate from EBAY.com. The reason is when listing anything on EBAY.com they charge you more to add the listing to EBAY.UK. Granted I have sold a lot to customers in the UK. Additionally what is probably happening is that HUB Pages EBAY capsule is configured to only read items from EBAY.COM.
You should be able to list your items using your EBAY seller id.

I have just had my amazon affiliate account approved & I didn't realise that any products I wanted to link to my hubs would be shown in Dollars and not Sterling. Is there an easy way of rectifying this or do I have to start all over and re-register with amazon.co.uk?I want to get on with writing...

Gave it up and removed my remaining eBay capsules. I guess my hubs just aren't suited for them. Might give it another shot if the Buy It Now option becomes available though.

Why am I restricted to USA eBay adverts on an E-Bay capsuleIt would seem that I am unable to access e-Bay listings from my own country when it comes to placing ads on my own Hubs. Is this correct? Even if I search for myself using my Seller ID I do not come up! Does anyone...

We just deployed an update to the site. The biggest change is the addition of the quiz capsule, and widget. It's easier to just see how it works than to explain, but basically it allows you to create trivia quizzes, quizzes that rank you on a single scale, and quizzes that classify you based...

I thought my UK affiliate ID was working fine with HP as long as I chose amazon.com based products - seems I was very wrong! You do not get credited with any sales. If you only have a UK affiliate code, you need to apply to amazon.com for another one, which I have just done.
