I've just published my first hub and would like to get some feedback.
My hub is at http://hubpages.com/hub/British-Mystery … f-the-Best
I would appreciate any suggestions on how to improve my hub. I am a newcomer to internet publishing and really want to succeed.
Hi Anita, your hub looks great for a first one. It has a good lay out and some good information on your chosen authors.
There is lots of advice and information to be found on Hubpages - try reading some Hubs on Hubbing, backlinks, seo, adsense etc. And there are lots of relevant forum threads, just use the search box.
Try Hubs by Darkside, Lissie, Mark Knowles and Relache.
Welcome to HubPages!
Good advice about reading some how-to hubs.
I might suggest moving your lead photo under your introduction. Common theory is that it helps with adsense placement.
A little more content with keywords would help you with SEO.
The article is good you are just a little shy with your tags. I would suggest more focused tags like, writing, authors, books which will point to *industry* which helps adsense and advertisers, otherwise, you're off to a great start welcome to HubPages!
