Is swearing allowed on HubPages?
I know that I was unable to post a comment that contained a four letter word, but I've never even had the urge to put one in an actual hub. However, I recently was thinking about doing a hub on how vulgarity has started to been seen as being less vulgar and more acceptable, but I don't want to have to use "****" or "sh__" in my hub if I want to discuss or mention certain words.
I have no idea, but I'm assuming not. I haven't seen it, and since they don't allow obscenities in the title I would assume it wouldn't be allowed in the article itself.
As someone who normally has a sailor's mouth in the privacy of my own home, I find this incredibly hard to pull off.
I suppose it depends on what the f**k you want to say......
I don't believe it is allowed, but I do think that a hub on vulgarity would be interesting to read.

My friend and fellow hubber found a hub that was very adult with nudity in it. I am just curious, I thought in the TOS that it said nudity was not allowed here at Hubpages.

Are we allowed to republish our articles elsewhere and keep the original hubs here in the mean time?

Yesterday I read a thread that pointed out an HP term pertaining to self promotion. At a quick read over it seemed to suggest that self promotion is banned here. Does this mean social media too or what does it exactly mean...? I read the page the link went to and didn't fully...

In light of the Google algo change, it is now obvious and confirmed that hub-hopping is VERY important. I feel that if you publish here, you should hub hop when you can. As it should hopefully increase our revenue and hopefully take this hubpages back to the top, where it belongs. The problem is...
