Google Analytics - for your hubs

   For those of you that want to dig deeper into the traffic trends on your hubs, we've added a new feature allows you to track your pages on HubPages using Google Analytics.  Simply sign up for an analytics account and then enter the UA- code they assign you on your HubPages Affiliate Settings page. 
   
   These are the settings I recommend that you use when you sign up.  You can use a different time zone if you like, but the data we report at HubPages is based on Pacific Time.
   
   Website's URL: hubpages.com/profile/pauldeeds
   (use the URL to your profile, not mine!)
   Account Name: HubPages
   Time zone country or territory: United States
   Time zone: (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time
   
   Be warned that the page view and referer data from analytics is never going to match up precisely with what we report.  The method they use to collect data is different, so you should expect small discrepancies.

      Usually the stats are delayed an hour or two with Google Analytics, but I've noticed some bigger delays in the new beta interface (even though the data was appearing properly in the classic interface).  I'm sure Google will work out the kinks soon ...

   i signed up today on the site it says it can take up to 24 hours before your stats come through and it updates every 24hours after that.....jimmy

      Curious if you are seeing your stats yet. I added my counter code right after i seen you post this and i still don't see no stats yet...

   I have pasted my code into place. Can you please tell me how do I check the stats from analytics(or can I access the data from hubpages itself?) later on?

      In 1-2 days you should start seeing data available for you pages, just logon with your google account here:
      
      https://www.google.com/analytics/home/
      
      The data should start accumulating from the time you set the code at HubPages -- you won't get any "back data".
