How can I make money writing hubs?
I have a full time job, but would love to write for a living. Is there a way to create enough income just doing online writing?? I have a Masters in German and English and just started writing hubs. I I signed up for Adsense but that really doesn't create any income. I'd really appreciate your input and advice!! THANKS!!
Short answer: Yes, you can make money by writing on HubPages.
Long Answer: There is a lot of work involved including research, writing and editing, as well as marketing your work. HubPages is not a get rich quick scheme and you need to write relevant Hub articles that people are searching for on search engines. You also have to create great content.
I have written several articles regarding creating good content and how to make money. I suggest you start by learning How we make money here on HubPages: http://jsmatthew.hubpages.com/hub/How-D … g-Programs
You may want to check out some of my other Hub articles on my profile that explain individual aspects about being successful on HubPages. I have learned a lot over the last (almost 3) few years and I like to share what I have learned. About 90% of what I have learned is from reading other Hubs and using the HubPages Learning Center as a resource: http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/contents
I hope this helps you and I wish you the best of success as a Hubber!
I would definitely suggest opting for the Hubpages Ad Program. I find it's much better than Adsense alone. Then it's just a matter of writing great quality content and often. You can check out my hub entitled 10 Great Ways How to Increase Your Hubpages Traffic and Earnings at http://craftybird.hubpages.com/hub/Ways … -Hubpages.
Another way is to write an evolving hub, which will have readers re-read your content on a continuous basis, in turn increasing your earnings. You can read more about it here: http://craftybird.hubpages.com/hub/Evo-Hubs
Good luck and welcome to Hubpages!
Thank you, craftybird!! I will definitely check out your hubs and do some more research. I signed up for the Ad Program last night. Good thing it's a holiday today, so I will have plenty of time to research and get things moving!! THANKS AGAIN!

I have just started, so I dont expect it in the near future, but how many hubs, or how many months before you start making money? How much traffic is considered to be good traffic? Right now I am getting about an average of 75 hits per day on 4 hubs. Is that good? What...

I can't seem to find an answer for this in the learning center. I have a large set of articles I've been writing for a while + some time on my hands to dedicate to Hubpages for the next couple of months. Would publishing 10 hubs a day benefit or disadvantage me, both in terms of hub score /...
