Why can't I get my Amazon account to work?
I signed up for HP a couple years back and kinda dropped out. Now I'm at it again trying to get everything set up and I cannot seem to get the Amazon Associates thing to work. It shows on my HP settings that it's active, but on the Amazon page it shows that the account is closed. Help, please, and thank you.
Sounds like you really need to check with Amazon about whether or not your account is truly active. They may have dropped affiliate accounts for your state if your home state passed laws to tax Amazon sales. There are several state where Amazon won't do affiliate business anymore.

Hi, I'm brand new to hubpages.I've applied to google adsense twice now and have gotten rejected. They don't give me a specific reason. It seems that most people on here got an account without a problem, and I thought all you needed was one hub to apply. (I applied a second time because I thought...
