You can do RSS feeds, yes, as long as it is related to your topic.
Yes, absolutely. You can have only two links to the same domain on any single Hub, but you can have the same link on every Hub if you want (provided it's related to the topic, of course).
Note that a RSS feed counts the same as two links.
You can but as the links are coming from the same ip address there isn't really much point.

I understand the rationale for removing amazon capsules. I'm very careful not to include amazon capsules unless they are 100% relevant, and I can provide a personal opinion. I rarely do more than one per hub.HP is not...
